Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will not be processed if the product has been used or tampered with. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the request does not comply with our policies.

Lost Parcel Policy

If you do not receive your parcel, a free replacement shipment will be sent.

Incorrect Parcel Policy

If you receive an incorrect parcel, please send photos of the received parcel and product. A reshipment will be arranged once the issue is confirmed.
